2026-05-11 07:00Seven Democratic Senators Could Play Key Role in CLARITY Act Review This ThursdayAccording to Galaxy Digital, seven Democratic senators in the U.S. Senate Banking Committee could play a key role in advancing the CLARITY Act, which enters committee review this Thursday. Galaxy identified Ruben Gallego and Angela Alsobrooks as supporting crypto frameworks, while Mark Warner, Catherine Cortez Masto, Andy Kim, and Raphael Warnock are viewed as negotiable and may support the bill if anti-money laundering and risk control provisions are strengthened. The 24-member committee, comprising 13 Republicans and 11 Democrats, requires at least half its members' support to advance the legislation.2026-05-11 05:40Investor Dan Bu Takes Position in Circle as USDC Stablecoin Hits $79B in Circulation on May 5According to Glodon Hub, on May 5, renowned investor Dan Bu, chairman of Orient Haiwan, announced he had taken a position in Circle Internet Group (CRCL.US) following his research team's recommendation. Bu cited the U.S. CLARITY Act's expected legislative progress as a key catalyst, noting the law could advance crypto regulatory clarity and unlock growth opportunities for compliant stablecoin leaders like Circle. Circle's USDC stablecoin circulation has reached a record $79 billion, with the company's Q1 2026 earnings outlook confirmed as fundamentals strengthen.2026-05-10 21:13BoE's Bailey Warns of 'Coming Wrestle' With U.S. Over Stablecoin Rules, Flags Run RiskAccording to Reuters, on Friday, Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey warned that international regulators face a "coming wrestle" with the U.S. government over stablecoin standards. Bailey, who chairs the Financial Stability Board, highlighted a key vulnerability: some U.S. dollar-pegged stablecoins cannot be readily converted to dollars without routing through crypto exchanges, potentially limiting convertibility during a crisis. "If there was a run on a stablecoin, they'd all turn up here," Bailey said. The UK's planned stablecoin framework diverges sharply from the U.S. GENIUS Act. The BoE proposes holding limits of £20,000 for individuals and £10 million for businesses, requiring systemic issuers to hold at least 40% of reserves in unremunerated accounts at the Bank of England. By contrast, the GENIUS Act mandates 100% reserve backing but does not require direct redemption capability from issuers without intermediaries.2026-05-10 15:32Bitcoin Rebounds to $60K From $125K Fall, But On-Chain Data Hasn't Confirmed New Bull Cycle Yet, Analyst SaysAccording to on-chain analyst Axel Adler Jr, Bitcoin has rebounded from $60,000 after falling from approximately $125,000, though key on-chain indicators have not yet confirmed entry into a new bull market cycle as of May 10. Multiple metrics—including the percentage of loss-making supply and 90-day UTXO indicators—have not shown the cyclical bottom structure typically seen at bear market lows, and long-term holder realized supply has not displayed the typical accumulation pattern of late-stage bear markets, suggesting the market has not yet entered a deep reallocation phase.2026-05-10 13:33BlackRock Files to Launch $6.1B Tokenized Money Market Fund on EthereumAccording to Bloomberg, BlackRock has filed to launch tokenized versions of two money market funds targeting stablecoin holders, with the $6.1 billion BlackRock Select Treasury Based Liquidity Fund (BSTBL) being a key offering. The tokenized shares will be provided on the Ethereum blockchain and will operate alongside the existing traditional share classes. BSTBL primarily invests in cash, U.S. Treasury notes, and other securities with remaining maturities not exceeding 93 days.

$96 $SOL , do you want to chase? Whales and institutions bought aggressively over the week, ETF net inflow of $33 million in a single week, Alpenglow upgrade expectations ignite sentiment——but just now, the contract and spot trading volume ratio reached 14.5:1, RSI plummeted from 88.9 to 50.8, buying momentum was cut in half within 7 days. First look at the surface: volume and price are rising together, a breakout is imminent. In the past 24 hours, up 1.94%, reaching a high of $96.8 during the day, with a trading volume of $5.29 billion. In the past 10 days, it quickly rose from $88 to $95, successfully forming a bottom. The candlestick chart shows: the downtrend has been broken, MACD bars are expanding, and the 50/100/200-day moving averages are all tilted upward: $100, just a push away. First thing: institutions + ETFs, real money is buying. Bitwise Solana ETF net inflow of $33 million this week, $56.6 million inflow into institutional products over the past month. Circle just issued $2.5 billion USDC on Solana, Anchorage + J.P. Morgan jointly launched tokenization tools. Visa and Google Cloud have integrated with Solana. The signal of funds rotating from BTC/ETH to high-beta altcoins is very clear now. Second thing: Alpenglow upgrade makes Solana faster. Landing in Q3 2026, millisecond finality—150 milliseconds to confirm transactions. Solana is already fast enough, and after the upgrade, DeFi, payments, and meme ecosystems will take off directly. Third thing: a dangerous technical signal appears. Contract and spot trading volume ratio reaches 14.5:1. Leverage is too high. This indicates extreme market speculation, a small correction could trigger a chain of liquidations. RSI dropped directly from 88.9 to 50.8, buying momentum was halved within 7 days. MACD negative bars are still expanding, short-term consolidation may be needed. Key level: $95, only 5 points away from $100. Resistance above: $98 → $100 (psychological threshold) → $110-120. Support below: $92-90 (consolidation zone) → $87 (bottoming point). Short-term traders: Wait for a pullback to $92-93 before entering, stop loss at $90.5 (exit if broken), first target to take half at $98-100. After breaking and stabilizing above $100, chase longs, stop loss at $96, aiming for $110-120. Swing traders: Wait for the daily close above $100 before entering, use dynamic take profit to hold, target $110-120, avoid being shaken out by manipulation. Holding window until Alpenglow lands. Long-term believers: Buy blindly below $90. Solana’s fundamentals, institutional recognition, and active addresses are at all-time highs. End of 2026 target $150-200, betting on Solana becoming the Nasdaq of crypto. Do not leverage more than 3x; liquidation at this level is worse than missing out. #Gate广场五月交易分享
