Recently, people keep asking me: what do beginners really believe in when they look at projects?

To be honest, don’t blindly trust a single phrase like “audited,”
First, flip to the conclusion and known risks pages of the audit report,
Check if there are “scope exclusions” or “only for a certain version”;
Then go to GitHub to see if the commits are active,
What has changed before and after the upgrade,
And if there are urgent hotfixes.
The most important thing is multi-signature upgrades:
Who are the signers, what are the thresholds,
Is there a timelock,
Can rules be changed overnight.
On-chain tools and label systems have recently been criticized for being laggy or misleading,
I understand that, so I habitually take screenshots of key pages…
Anyway, in a few days I can compare and see who is talking nonsense.
